Promotions: KFC Transformers ROTF Toys
Malaysian KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) Restaurants currently doing promotions on Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen. Alongside with their TV advertisement, they are offering Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen toys with their Chicky Meal that appears to actually transform in similar style with the normal Legends class figures (except this one one over-sized). Whether these toys will go to KFC's worldwide it is uncertain, but Singapore was confirmed for having the same promotion.

Promotions: Exclusive Transformers ROTF Merchandise at Petronas! (UPDATED: 21/6)
The Petronas Company, our Malaysian owned oil and gas company was already promoting Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen merchandises (including Legends class figures) at most Petronas gas station nationwide! Promotion ends at 12 August 2009. The details are as follows:
Get exclusive Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen merchandise including action figures, t-shirts and caps at participating PETRONAS Stations nationwide. You are entitled to purchase 1 merchandise with every purchase of RM30 worth of fuel or RM15 worth of items from Kedai Mesra (not including the purchase of Touch 'n Go top ups and / or purchases through e-pay). Purchases are limited to a maximum of 3 items per receipt only. While stocks last. Terms and conditions apply. Visit website for more details. Call Mesralink at1 300 888 181 for enquiries.

From what I understand, first you need to buy at least RM30 worth fuel or RM15 worth products at the Mesra shop, then with the receipt, you could buy ONLY 1 merchandise/Legends figure available at the shop on the same day. If you buy more than RM90 fuel or RM45 products, you are allowed to buy maximum of 3 merchandises/figures only.
The good news is that:

Most Petronas gas stations already put up a character stand on front of their stations! Only Optimus Prime and Bumblebee stands available. Each station were allowed to put one character stand only. For example, at Petronas Bandar Seri Putera (Bangi) station, there was an Optimus Prime stand, while at Petronas Ampang and Putrajaya station there was Bumblebee!
I heard that almost all MyMesra shops in Malaysia almost had their black t-shirts out of stock. You guys better be hurry because the black one only had adult sizes!
Also, the term "buy fuel/products first, then you could buy the merchandise" was not applied to all Petronas gas stations - some stations actually ALLOWED you to buy the merchandise directly! One of this instances (CONFIRMED) was at Petronas Ampang station (Nearby Tesco Ampang).

- No other size-class figures offered (Scout, Deluxe, Voyager, Leader), but this is unconfirmed yet or may be changed later (But maybe without the discount?).
- T-Shirts & Caps only available within this June only!
- You MUST check the products first before leaving Petronas station. Or else, it is not refundable!

Sightings & Events: Malaysia's Transformers ROTF Worldwide Toy Launch!
It's already past May 30th and Transformers ROTF toys (Wave 1 & Wave 2) had been launched worldwide with success! Even Malaysia happily involved! Most of the launching event were handled by Toys R Us (TRU) throughout Malaysia.

Now, I would like to report the events on 1Utama, Berjaya Times Square and MidValley. (Man, sure this one veeery looong....)
30th May - TRU 1Utama, Kelana Jaya
Unfortunately, I was late for the morning launching event, but at least I could see how well the ROTF toys are sold.
The following are the toys available at the moment:
Surprisingly, I saw this notice at the Deluxe corner:
...which means you are only allowed to buy 1 toy character per toy line (for example, you could only buy one Deluxe Skids, one Voyager Ironhide, and one Leader Megatron) on each visit to TRU! Kedekut!
Although delayed for 1 hour (in the web, it was supposed at 3pm for 1Utama) , there was Optimus Prime & Bumblebee (Unexpected) Mascot appearance outside TRU!
30th May - Berjaya Times Square, Imbi
The hobby and toys shop (Forgot the name!) in Berjaya Times Square (Not XLshop, unfortunately didn't go there) which was next to Anime Tech also received toys from Hasbro Malaysia due to the toy launch event. The toys available were the same as above at TRU, but the good news is... Leader-class Optimus Prime (in retail price)!
30th May - Paradise Toys, Low yat Plaza Imbi
This only hobby & toys shop only had few ROTF figures, but they do had Voyager-class Mixmaster (RM128) and The Fallen (RM105)!
31st May - South Court, Mid Valley
(I didn't expect this) Another toy launching event was held in South Court of Mid Valley during Mid Valley's Your School Holiday@Mid Valley promotion. This promotion was made by Metrojaya Mid Valley, but Hasbro Malaysia's staffs also involved.
I just found this new Role Play toy, namely "Mega Sword", which represents Optimus Prime's energy blade. Although awesome, it looked more like a Power Rangers toy...
The toys available are also as same as at TRU listed above, but Voyager-class The Fallen was also available! Also the Robot Heroes line...
This one also mentions about Optimus Prime & Bumblebee mascot appearance, so there is some chance for those who didn't meet them yet. Also there are many other offers... (This yellow advertisement could be seen here)
There are also other new merchandises, such as these 3D lenticular image cards. Awesome indeed.... Available as small as a postcard (RM20), to as large as a poster (RM100+)!
31st May - Carrefour Mid Valley
Energizer also promotes the toys at Carrefour's entrance!
While inside, at default Transformers toys section, changes had been made, but the only ROTF toys available was Ultimate Bumblebee!
31st May - XLShop Mid Valley
This shop exclusively received toys from TakaraTomy, which means the price was also "exclusive" (RM10-RM20 increase than standard retail price! Probably due to shipping cost...). Only the main line is available (Scout, Deluxe, Voyager, Leader), but among all shops available in Mid Valley, this is the only shop sells Leader-class Optimus Prime!
Also, these adorable Robo-Q toys are also available, but the price was damn high!

31st May - Anime Tech Mid Valley
The Out of Box (OOB) toys were still the same as previous sightings except Voyager Optimus Prime, Evac, Ramjet & Skywarp was already gone from the glass shelves, but inside the shop, MISB Voyager-class Mixmaster and Stratosphere was sighted! New OOB toys are Ransack, Chromia, Mudflap, Breakaway, Cannon Bumblebee & Interrogator Barricade!
31st May - Toys R Us Mid Valley
Last one, at Toys R Us. Unfortunately, the staff at the shop already disallowed any pictures taken in Toys R Us, so I managed to take a few pics in any chance. Toys are as usual as same as above listed...
